The Role
The VP of IT & Digital Services UK/Europe will drive the company’s technology standards and development across corporate offices and our business generally throughout the UK/Europe portfolio. Responsibilities include local technology strategy to complement global standards, venue technology investments, divisional technology roadmap creation and delivery, and acting as a key partner to our business development and sponsorship efforts.
This role focuses on bringing our global technology strategy to life with appropriate local influence, driving competitive advantage, being the guardian of UK/Europe Information Security and Compliance, and delivering value to our venues. You will work closely with our venues, partners, leadership and executive sponsors to drive strategy, timelines and delivery for all UK/Europe technology. The role involves line management of Legends Global Europe IT staff and requires a strong operational understanding of all IT elements with a hands-on approach as needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with the U.S. headquarters team to define a roadmap and plan for leveraging regional data warehouse and analytics capabilities.
* Actively manage compliance with GDPR, PCI and other regulatory requirements.
* Actively manage Information Security & Compliance across our European corporate footprint and venues to reduce risk and enable business continuity.
* Enable successful achievement of business goals through data enablement.
* Provide technology support to local e‑commerce, marketing, finance, HR, Food & Beverage, Commercial and operations teams to leverage global standards and adopt them across the EU portfolio.
* Drive adoption of company standards with a view to global and local standards as appropriate.
* Enable and support local integrations between applicable systems.
* Provide technology support to new business opportunities & sponsorships driving the regional technology value proposition.
* Work with your IT team to build and maintain rolling 24-month technology investment roadmaps for each venue in the portfolio.
* Be the European lead in global technology standards, product growth and points of integration.
You Will Have
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* Leadership experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology operations
* Proven track record of developing and delivering IT roadmaps and investment plans
* Experience in multi-venue/site operations, ideally within live events, hospitality, retail or e-commerce
* Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, cybersecurity, and compliance (GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001, etc.)
* Proven track record of delivering results and on time
* Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks including GDPR, PCI, NIS2, Digital Services Act, and the AI Act
* Experience with European tech ecosystems, startups, or scale-ups is highly valued
