We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a complex, high-profile contract spanning 9 sites and a team of approximately 250.This is a high-energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services - where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm!
Main Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale
* Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans - bringing strategy to life with pace and precision
* Drive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requests
* Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction
* Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast-moving contract
* Maintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growth
* Remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
Person Specification
* Proven leadership experience within high-end contract catering, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or elevated employee dining is essential
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* A deep understanding of what exceptional food looks like and how to deliver it at scale
* Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment
* Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Confident leading through change with clarity and influence
* Innovative mindset with a passion for quality and creativity
