Job Overview
Summary of Role: The post holder should be qualified to City & Guilds Advanced Craft Carpentry/Joinery/NVQ level or have equivalent experience. You will work as part of a highly experienced team undertaking statutory works, maintenance, and minor small works. The ideal candidate should have the skills and experience to work confidently alone or as part of a team, completing a wide range of carpentry and maintenance tasks to a high standard. A customer-focused 'right first time' attitude and a 'can do' approach are essential. Responsibilities include creating high-quality joinery items and furniture, project joinery work, and general maintenance.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Flexibility may be required. Emergency call-outs outside normal hours may also be necessary.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
