We are looking for additional refuse loading staff to join our team supporting our client in Coalville. You will go out with the crews on the bin lorry to collect general waste, recycling and garden waste bins in the local and surrounding areas. This is a hands on role where you will be working to a fast pace, on your feet all day and working outdoors no matter the weather. Due to the start times and importance of the job role within the local community, we are looking for reliable candidates who are good team players.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.43 per hour.We do not offer visa sponsorships.Holidays are accrued up to 28 days per year pro rata.
Working Hours: This job role is Tuesday to Friday with 05:45am starts. You will work up to 39 hours per week over the 4 days.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous outdoors work is required. You must be happy working outdoors in all weathers. You will be reliable and comfortable with a physical role where you will be walking throughout your shift. You are required to wear safety boots and hi-viz vest. You must be able to supply references for the last 6 months at least.
