We’re recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst to join a fast-paced Leicester based company on a 3‑month contract. This Data Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high‑volume data, identifying trends, and turning insight into meaningful operational improvements.
This Data Analyst position will focus on real‑time monitoring, forecasting and analysing customer contact trends across calls, emails and case management activity. You’ll also support CRM optimisation within Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping improve how customer interactions are managed and reported.
Working as a Data Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with operational leaders, customer experience teams and technical stakeholders to deliver clear, insight‑led recommendations that improve service performance and decision‑making.
