We’re recruiting a Restaurant Manager and Trainer to lead front:of:house operations for a Events Catering Company in London.
This is not a typical Restaurant Manager role. It’s a unique leadership opportunity where premium hospitality meets purpose. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver an award:winning fine:dining experience, while training and mentoring students.
If you are a strong hospitality leader with a premium background, a passion for training and the ability to balance commercial performance with empathy and structure, this is an amazing opportunity.
The Offer
* GBP 35,000 : GBP 40,000 per annum
* 39 hours per week
* Sunday:Thursday working pattern (structured week)
* Finish by 3PM most days
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays

* Award:winning fine:dining restaurant in London.
* 5,000 individuals trained and 2,600 City and Guilds qualifications delivered.
* Social enterprise events business delivering 250 events in 2025, feeding 40,000 guests across London.
The Role
* Co-lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
* Deliver exceptional lunch and dinner service in a premium fine:dining environment.
* Train, mentor and assess prisoner students working towards City and Guilds qualifications.
* Interview and induct new students, guiding them throughout their learning journey.
* Manage a dynamic roll:on/roll:off training schedule with structure and consistency.
* Maintain full compliance with City and Guilds standards and prison operational policies.
* Oversee drink ordering, stock control, wastage and purchasing from nominated suppliers.
The Ideal Restaurant Manager
* Proven experience within premium restaurant, bar or assistant restaurant manager roles.
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
