About the Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the link that keeps everything moving — connecting design, project management, and delivery teams to make sure projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
You’ll thrive on organisation and clarity, supporting the team in managing timelines, budgets, and communications across high-spec retail and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage project information flow across teams, clients, and suppliers.
* Support Project Managers with planning, compliance, procurement, and budget tracking.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to aid decision-making.
* Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and site logistics.
* Monitor schedules and budgets, flagging risks and finding solutions early.
* Keep project management systems accurate and up to date.
Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within architecture, interior design, or construction.
* Strong communicator with excellent organisation and time management.
* Detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively in a busy creative studio.
