Duties
1. Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses within assigned routes.
2. Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
3. Sort and organise mail prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy in the distribution process.
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
5. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of the delivery vehicle.
6. Handle heavy lifting of parcels as required, maintaining proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
