We’re working with a fast-growing business that’s leading the way in supporting UK hospitality venues with essential non-food consumables. They are now looking to expand their sales team with a passionate New Business Sales Executive who’s ready to make an impact in a consultative, field-based role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, has an eye for opportunity, and isn’t afraid to get on the phone and lead meetings with prospects. The Role Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, HubSpot). Build relationships with decision-makers across the hospitality industry. Book and lead discovery meetings and product demonstrations (initially supported, then independently). Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using a CRM. Collaborate with the wider sales team to target new markets and sectors. Craft compelling sales content and messaging tailored to different audiences. Qualify inbound leads and support account development. The person Energetic, driven, and passionate about sales. Strong communicator, both written and verbal. Comfortable with digital sales tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot. Able to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously. Background in hospitality or foodservice is a plus, but not essential. Ideally, field sales or B2B business development experience. What’s in it for you?
