About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our bakery and coffee shop operations. This onsite role involves staff scheduling, holiday management, and general admin tasks, plus a bit of hands-on learning with our bakery software and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate staff schedules for the bakery and coffee shops, ensuring everyone's holidays and shifts are aligned.
* Administrative and Bookkeeping Support: Handle routine admin duties and provide light bookkeeping assistance.
* Use of Bakery Software (CAWA Bubble): Learn and utilize our bespoke bakery management software for administrative tasks; training will be provided.
* Basic Baking and Recipe Oversight: Gain a basic understanding of our recipes and baking processes to help with day-to-day operations.
* Quality and Hygiene Checks: Assist in ensuring the bakery meets hygiene standards, manage uniform orders, and help maintain our operational quality according to SOPs.

* Willingness to work onsite with at least one weekend day required.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
