This role is a genuine temp to perm position, with an increase in pay rate once probation is successfully completed. Pay Rates: £12.50 increasing to £13 after 12 weeks and overtime is paid at £17.50. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Production duties. Operating press machines. Assembling parts. Extrusion. Working within the Paint Plant. Fast-paced environment. Quality checking. Labelling and Packing. Maintain good housekeeping. Adhering to Health and Safety. Requirements: Reliable and committed. Positive attitude to work. Good English skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail. Teamwork. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Experience within a production/warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential. 3 shift pattern: (11.40 hours per shift) Candidates must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation. Days: Wednesday to Friday 7:50am - 20.00pm - 2 rest days Nights: Monday to Wednesday 19:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days Split Shift: Monday and Tuesday 7.50am - 20.00pm 1 rest day Thursday and Friday 19:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days Benefits: Full training and induction programme.
