Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
* Assist with food preparation and catering tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication during busy periods.
* Maintain a clean and tidy front of house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Experience in catering or food preparation is an advantage.
* Bartending experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.
* Greek Language.
