Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:* Advising clients on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring* Working on large, complex corporate deals across multiple sectors* Building and maintaining strong client relationships* Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across the business* Providing commercially focused legal advice to a varied client base* Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with around 6 to 10 years PQE in corporate law* Experienced in M&A and corporate transactional work* Skilled in managing complex deals and client relationships* Commercially minded with strong technical expertise* Ties to Leeds
