About the role
• Support young people with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD
• Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, settled, and engaged in school
• Assist with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and daily routines
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and support teams to deliver personalised strategies
• Full time, term time hours (typically 8:30–15:30)
• Flexible opportunities for long-term placements

About you
• Caring, patient, and non-judgemental approach
• Interested in working with young people with additional needs
• Experience with challenging behaviour is helpful but not essential
• Level 3 qualification in youth work, childcare, sports, or similar is desirable but not required
• Able to provide references and willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
