We are working with a fabulous charity client who are looking for an Interim Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising. This is a crucial role for a 4-to-5-month contract, overseeing and growing two vital income streams during the recruitment of a permanent postholder.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and grow the legacy and in-memory fundraising income streams.
Manage a £2 million budget.
Lead and develop a team of four fundraising professionals.
Shape strategy for legacy and in-memory fundraising.
Develop new in-memory fundraising initiatives.
Build a strong pipeline of long-term supporters.
Manage campaigns effectively.
Cultivate strong supporter relationships.
Person Specifications
Solid experience in both Legacy and In Memory fundraising is essential.
Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated thoughtful leadership.
Creative insight to strengthen supporter relationships and drive long-term impact.
Confident in working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
What’s on Offer:
Up to £262 per day PAY (inclusive of holiday pay)
