About the Role
Are you a creative graduate with a flair for marketing, a passion for social media, and the confidence to build strong relationships? Sodexo’s Education Marketing Team is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager to support brand activity across schools and universities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in marketing or branding, strong Adobe design skills, and a “can-do” attitude to step into a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
You'll play a key role in running our social media channels, ensuring all marketing collateral is on-brand, and supporting national campaigns from concept to execution. What you’ll do:
* Manage and report on social media activity through monthly reports.
* Coordinate all print and distribution fulfilment.
* Support marketing calendars and theme days.
* Publish and distribute operation packs related to menu and promotional launches.
* Compile a termly competitor report on initiatives, business wins, and key financial data.
* Collaborate with the Insights team to develop a food industry trends insight programme.
* Work with creative agencies to develop offer collateral.
* Create and edit marketing collateral using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
What you bring:
* Some experience in marketing or branding.
* Basic proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude.
* Ability to respond quickly to requests and solve problems.
* Ability to work collaboratively and listen to feedback.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
