Generator Service Technician - Requirements & Responsibilities
1. To cover all aspects of generator servicing including oil and filter changes and oil, fuel, and coolant sampling.
2. To conduct load bank testing on customer-owned generator units
3. To accurately fault find and diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues
4. To work on a broad range of generator/engine brands including (but not limited to) Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, John Deere, Volvo, Scania, Iveco and Dorman
5. To be able to work independently on engines from 2kVA to 2.5mVA
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
