An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join a forward-thinking consultancy in Norwich.

You’ll join a supportive and motivated team, working closely with Consultants and Advisers to deliver high-quality client service and ensure smooth administration of a broad range of employee benefits and financial planning solutions.
The opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Consultants and Advisers across all aspects of client service. This is a varied role offering exposure to group pensions, employee benefits, and other key financial products. You’ll gain experience across multiple client schemes and have the chance to contribute to improving internal processes and systems.
The package
Up to £32, DOE, Monday–Friday, 9–5. Office-based during probation, with potential for 1 day WFH thereafter. The Day to Day:
3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, market reviews, and provider research ahead of client meetings.
4. Supporting Consultants and Advisers by ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant.
5. Handling post-meeting follow-up, liaising with clients and providers to process new business, renewals, or amendments.
6. Maintaining and updating client records and scheme administration systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
7. Recommending and implementing improvements to internal systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
8. Organising and supporting client interactions efficiently and professionally, ensuring all tasks are completed before Consultant/Adviser review.
You Will Have/Be:
9. 12 months minimum experience within an Employee Benefits environment.
10. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
11. Strong understanding of the financial services market and regulatory environment, including group life, income protection, business protection, critical illness, and workplace pensions.
12. Organised, professional, and confident when liaising with colleagues, clients, and providers.
