About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s busy real estate department, working on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with commercial and residential property transactions
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
* Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
* Managing post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
About You:
* Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a real estate or conveyancing role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
