The agency works across social, digital, and broader advertising channels, partnering closely with clients to deliver work that is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager to lead a key financial services account.
Description
This is a pivotal client services role, acting as the Senior Account Manager across a large financial services client. You’ll be the central point of contact for the account, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and the client.
The role requires someone who can confidently manage projects end-to-end. Owning timelines, budgets, and delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships. The work is primarily focused on social media and digital projects, with scope to support broader integrated marketing and advertising campaigns as needed.
Experience
To be considered for the role of Senior Account Manager, you need to demonstrate you have the below experience:
* Proven experience at Senior Account Manager level, within a creative, marketing, or digital agency
* Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Experience working on social and digital campaigns
* Confidence leading client conversations and acting as the main day-to-day contact
* Ability to keep projects on track, on budget, and delivered to a high standard
* Experience working with regulated or financial services clients is beneficial, but not essential
Remuneration
* Salary up to £47,000, dependent on experience
* Hybrid working
