Were looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join Samworth Brothers Meals, playing a key role across our Kettleby and Saladworks sites. Reporting to the Head of Operations Finance, youll be a core member of the Meals Finance Leadership Team, acting as a true business partner to operational and commercial leaders. This role is all about influencing performance, driving insight, and supporting sustainable financial improvement. Youll use your financial expertise to challenge, support and guide operational teams, helping them better understand performance and deliver continuous improvement. This is a 12 month Fixed Term opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting and period-end processes for the Meals category
Drive a strong performance and improvement culture through high-quality business insight and reporting
Support and challenge labour and overhead control
Own and challenge the costing and standards process, working closely with Commercial Finance
Deliver ad hoc analysis and investigations to support decision-making
Provide leadership on key finance and business improvement projects
Build strong, credible relationships across the Site Leadership Teams, Group Finance, Operations and Commercial teams

Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Have experience in a manufacturing and/or FMCG environment
Demonstrate strong knowledge across manufacturing and commercial finance
Be comfortable challenging performance and influencing senior stakeholders
Have experience leading or supporting business improvement projects
Be confident influencing and partnering with colleagues at all levels
