Graduate Control System Engineer West Yorkshire or Staffordshire Permanent - £24-27k + overtime when on site + 25 days holiday + private medical insuranceSamuel Frank is recruiting for a Graduate Control System Engineer for a specialist engineering company with a base on the outskirts of Leeds as well as one near Lichfield in Staffordshire.The company operates in a niche market and have a successful track record of designing and building bespoke, one-off pieces of equipment for their customers.Key aspects of the Graduate Control System Engineer opportunity include;Will learn how to be able to produce compliant and efficient PLC control system software using Siemens TIA PortalWill have a Degree in Electrical, Control or Systems related subjectWill learn how to design and produce electrical drawings for control systemsBe part of a team who will be responsible for the design and delivery of all work related to the electrical control and automationGraduate Control System Engineer will learn about the selection and procurement of all control-related hardware and componentsThe Graduate Control System Engineer role will be working in the commercial refrigeration sector; no previous experience is required of working in the refrigeration industry though!Provide technical support for customersProvide onsite commissioning supportLearn how to put together quotationsDemonstrate excellent customer-facing skillsThe role will be split roughly 80/20 between the office and out on customer sitesOvertime will be paid at single time for hours worked over when working on siteThe working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am 4.30pm on Fridays, when youre not out on site, youll be working either in the office or on the shopfloor.If youre interested in working for a local, specialist engineering company where youll be designing and developing control systems for one-off, bespoke pieces of equipment then this could be a great opportunity for you.The Control System Engineer role is commutable from the following places Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Wetherby, Keighley, Guiseley and Farsley and the Staffordshire site is commutable from Lichfield, Burntwood, Cannock, Rugeley, Walsall, Stafford and Tamworth.TPBN1_UKTJ
