My client are a leading PE backed insurer who having gone through a strong period of growth and consolidation are seeking a Head of Transformation to join them. This role is an interim assignment, though they will be seeking a permanent candidate too.
The role will involve overseeing the transformation team and managing the delivery of a number of key programmes including the design and implementation of a digital TOM which will transform the company from a traditionally phone based insurer into a digital insurer. Other programmes include replacing key systems.
Tasks will include matrix management, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, financial management and hands on delivery.
They are seeking someone ideally who has a strong background as a Programme / Change Director within the retail insurance sector and who has implemented a major digital transformation.
The contract role will be outside IR35 for an initial 6 months and can be based throughout the UK in one of their many offices. The permanent role will include a high base salary with bonus and benefits.
