An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Analyst to join a large, fast‑paced and highly successful business. This role offers the chance to work closely with operational and senior stakeholders, providing valuable financial insight and analysis to support decision‑making and drive business performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is qualified by experience or currently studying towards a professional qualification and looking to further develop their analytical, reporting and business partnering skills within a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate and timely financial reporting, including weekly and monthly performance reporting
* Analyse and communicate key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insight into key business drivers
* Assist with costing analysis and ensure financial data is accurate and reliable
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Prepare and review monthly reports, investigating and resolving queries where required
* Provide meaningful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and finance processes
About You:
* Qualified by experience or studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised and able to work effectively to deadlines
* Keen to develop within a commercial finance environment
