* Collaborate with planners and project teams to coordinate site visits, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish
* Liaise confidently with contractors and building professionals, acting as a key point of contact on-site and ensuring clear communication throughout
* Support the planning and administration of projects, including health and safety assessments, risk management, and timely report completion
* Contribute to service development, bringing your expertise to help shape future asbestos services and support innovation
* Mentor and support colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping to build team capability through training and guidance

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who not only brings technical expertise but also shares our commitment to professionalism and customer excellence. You’ll be someone who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, someone who listens actively, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
Relevant qualifications are essential, and you will hold the P402, and ideally the P403 & P404, or a Certificate of Competence in Asbestos, or equivalent. The ability to carry out analysis of bulk samples for asbestos would also be beneficial (i.e. hold P401 qualification).
If you do not have the P401, P403 or P404, being able to demonstrate you have been working towards these would help us support your future training to be able to fulfil air monitoring work and the wide range of tasks our multi-disciplined staff are here to deliver.
Good communication skills developed through your experience of working on site projects, liaising with contractors and building professionals, as well as the technical knowledge is essential. You will also be self-motivated with a growth mind set, being able to demonstrate a good understanding of Personal Professional Development, good organisation and IT skills.
