The Role of an Account Manager:
* To be a trusted point of contact for the customer and deal with anything from queries to complaints all the way through to resolution
* To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction
* To ensure customer SLA’s are adhered to
* To communicate with other departments across the business including field based engineers
* To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
* To hold customer review meetings
* To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames
* To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
* To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
* MUST be confident in dealing with customers
