This is a hybrid role, working from our Cardiff City Centre Offices 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide specialist support to vulnerable customers, conducting vulnerability assessments and reviewing accounts.
2. Manage complex cases, track trends, and develop strategies to assist customers in arrears.
3. Handle escalated inbound calls empathetically, ensuring customers are treated with respect.
4. Review hardships documentation such as bank statements and I&Es.
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience dealing with vulnerable customers in a telephony-based role.
* Preferably, experience in collections.
* Strong empathy and communication skills.
* Ability to gather information and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
* Data-driven approach to prioritize customer outreach.
