We are working with a leading engineering delivery specialist who are supporting over 40 live data centre projects across the UK and are looking to appoint an experienced Controls / BMS / EMS Engineer.
This is a flexible opportunity offering a hybrid working model (23 days remote) with the option to remain on contract or transition into a permanent role long-term.
You will play a key role in supporting the design, integration, and optimisation of BMS and EMS systems across multiple live and upcoming data centre projects.

The Role
* Support the design, configuration, and integration of BMS and EMS systems
* Work across multiple data centre projects providing remote technical support
* Assist with commissioning, testing, and optimisation of control systems
* Interface with site teams, commissioning engineers, and project stakeholders
* Troubleshoot and resolve controls-related issues across live environments
* Support energy monitoring, reporting, and system performance improvements
* Review technical documentation, drawings, and control strategies
* Ensure systems align with project specifications and client requirements
* Provide input into system upgrades, improvements, and innovation initiatives xsngvjr
About You
* Strong background in BMS / EMS / Controls Engineering
* Experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects
* Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and automation
* Experience with systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or similar
* Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
* Comfortable working remotely while supporting multiple projects
* Good communication skills and ability to engage with site teams
