Pay Rate: £89.38 per day (£13.75ph)

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping young people reach their full potential and wants to gain valuable experience in a school environment.
About the Role
• Support pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Assist class teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils build confidence and key learning skills.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different school environments.
• Confident working with children of different ages and backgrounds.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• (Bonus) A Welsh speaker – this would be a great advantage but is not essential.
Requirements
Teaching Personnel can support you in obtaining the following:
• Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
• References covering the past two years
