We are looking for a focused, motivated pub operator / couple / team with proven experience of managing a large, multi income site.
The site has a very well established reputation in the local area and is a destination site for locals and visitors alike for events, special occasions and weddings.
The site has an estsblished trade ready to be built on and offers pool tables, darts teams, live music as well as a function room and full trade kitchen.
We provide an excellent bridge for people who wish to run their own pub but need support whether that be financial or otherwise. As a group we provide all of the tools required to make your site a success and a full skills matrix to help with everything from record keeping through to advertising events to maximise your return.
The role is based on commission and you will be directly rewarded for the performance and effort you put in to the site.
