About the role
We are a registered charity operating across the UCL community, employing more than 150 career staff and 300 student staff. We manage a wide range of services for UCL students including sport, music, drama, media and student societies, as well as providing social spaces and student support services.
The role is a full‑time, permanent position based at our Bloomsbury campus, with hybrid working (40% office, 60% from home). The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the marketing activity of the Students’ Union throughout the year, taking the lead on key campaigns and projects such as Varsity, the Leadership Race, International Festival and End of Year Awards, working with more than ten departments across the Union.
Responsibilities
* Plan, develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns and content, from event activations to wider campaign delivery.
* Coordinate stakeholders, balance priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Collaborate with a broad range of teams, guiding others to develop and deliver effective marketing activity.
* Support event delivery, shape creative ideas and bring campaigns to life on campus.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in marketing and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Track record of planning and delivering marketing campaigns and content.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
* Comfortable leading projects, coordinating teams and delivering to high standards.
