Location & Working Hours
Location: Lincoln - Hybrid working available
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexibility on hours available—just let us know when we chat!)

Your Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital part of our commercial team, helping to drive successful contract outcomes. Your contributions will support our profitability targets and strengthen our client relationships in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Assist in producing cost value reconciliation reports and accurate financial forecasts.
* Manage subcontract procurement to ensure best value while minimizing risk.
* Contribute to cash flow forecasts and help maximize project cash collection.
* Support monthly client applications and final account submissions.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in a similar commercial role within the construction industry or related sectors.
* A solid understanding of commercial and business principles.
* Experience working with the NEC suite of contracts or similar.
* The ability to understand and respond to contract issues effectively.
* Excellent communication, report writing, presentation, and IT skills.
