Owned by Jubilee Church Hull, Jubilee Central is a large venue in the centre of Hull which is used as an event space, for conferencing and community groups as well as being a church.
The revenue from Jubilee Central is reinvested back into the local community through the many projects that Jubilee Church are involved with a special focus on helping people who are long-term unemployed back into work.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Events Manager to lead our Events Team. You’ll run day-to-day operations, inspire your team and play a key role in helping us have a greater impact in our city.

* Experienced within the events industry and excited about making Jubilee Central a key venue in the city.
* Enthusiastic about contributing to a team that drives meaningful social impact
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of event management from dealing with enquiries to event delivery.
* Coach, support, and develop team members (including volunteers) to ensure high performance and engagement.
* Plan staff rotas and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
* Market venue to potential hirers and those buying tickets to events.
* Handle daily financial operations, including cash handling and basic reporting.
* Build strong relationships with customers and foster a positive reputation within the local community.
