​ Reports to: Head of Global Product Management Product Manager Location: Stockton-on-Tees, UK Hours: Full time (37.5 hours) Full-time | Office Based Reports to: Head of Global Product Management ​ Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a drive to make things happen? You’ll lead the introduction of new products and manage them through their lifecycle, using data, market research, and customer insight to guide decisions. You’ll build strong relationships both internally and externally, using your insight, initiative, and commercial mindset to deliver the right products to the right customers at the right time. While supporting broader portfolio initiatives across the team, you’ll also take ownership of defined product groups. This is a hands-on, commercially aware role for someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and energised by the challenge of turning research and ideas into real-world results. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and lifecycle management of specific product ranges within our global portfolio. Research and evaluate new product opportunities in line with company strategy and customer needs. Ensure new products meet all regulatory, legal, and quality requirements (e.g. UKCA, CE, RoHS, REACH). Monitor product performance and profitability, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. Collaborate to identify opportunities for cost savings or product enhancements. Produce clear and accurate product documentation (specs, manuals, marketing briefs, etc.). Deliver engaging product and technology training to internal teams and key customers. Represent Lindy at global IT/AV trade shows and customer-facing events. Maintain accurate product data across ERP, webshop, and PIM systems. Support cross-functional teams with product-related insights and guidance. Contribute to marketing, PR, and promotional materials as needed. What We're Looking For Quick to grasp new technologies, trends, and customer behaviours. Confident using Microsoft 365 tools — especially Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint — to collaborate, analyse, and present effectively. Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Calm under pressure, with a mature and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement. Strong analytical thinking — confident with numbers, skilled at spotting patterns, and comfortable using data to back decisions. Comfortable using market research and customer feedback to shape product direction. Excellent communicator—clear, collaborative, and confident with people at all levels. Commercially aware and focused on delivering real value. Desirable Previous experience in product management is great — but not essential. If you’re commercially aware, analytical, and keen to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support to grow into the role. Interest in or working knowledge of AV/IT hardware, software, and accessories.
