Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance? We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team in Scunthorpe. Your new role
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Variance analysis and financial reporting
* Costing and pricing analysis
* Maintaining and updating Bills of Materials (BOM)
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Participating in and overseeing periodic stock takes, including reconciliation and valuation
* Collaborating with operations and commercial teams to improve cost control and profitability
What you'll need to succeed
* UK-based candidate with the right to work in the UK.
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills.
* Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of BOM structures and costings.
* Familiarity with stock control processes and inventory systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
