Are you a recent graduate passionate about criminal justice, mental health, or social care? This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our local school, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), including ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll:
* Support students
* Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
* Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
* Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment
Ideal Candidates
Learning Support Assistant – Education and Training
We welcome:
* Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience)
* Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
* Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content
Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.
