Project Manager
Location: Office-based role (High Wycombe) with flexible site visits
Reports to: Projects and Surveying Manager
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri) with some flexibility required
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Expenses + Benefits

You’ll take full ownership of your projects by:
* Managing budgets, procurement, scheduling and stakeholder updates with clarity and consistency.
* Maintaining rigorous documentation, project reports, and audit trails across every stage.
* Ensuring all team members are compliant with legislation and Intelli-Park protocols.
️ What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading end-to-end ANPR installation projects across UK client sites.
* Developing detailed project scopes, risk assessments, timelines, and maintenance schedules.
* Assigning team tasks, managing workload, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintaining strong client relationships and regular status communication.
* Conducting quality assurance inspections and resolving any installation issues swiftly.
* Monitoring project budgets and reporting on costs and variances.
* Leading on-site safety inspections and ensuring PPE compliance.
* Staying current with technical and H&S regulations relevant to installations.
What You’ll Bring to the Park
* Proven experience managing installation projects in the parking or tech sector.
* Strong technical background in ANPR hardware/software systems.
* A confident, motivating leadership style with experience managing mixed teams.
* IOSH minimum (NEBOSH desirable), with practical H&S leadership on-site.
* Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Strong documentation, planning and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence required.
