Join a well-established professional services firm in Sandwich as an Accounts Administrator. This permanent role offers flexibility with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and part-time options available.
You’ll be supporting the Partners and wider team with a range of financial and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Completing monthly financial accounts
* Providing details to Financial Accountants
* Updating company policies and procedures
* Renewing company accreditations
* Performing delegated tasks from the Partners
Additional duties under Partner supervision:
* Invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, and payments
* Monthly bookkeeping
* Supporting marketing and tenders
* Assisting with HR tasks
* Addressing health & safety matters
* General office support
Candidate requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive and collaborative attitude
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Demonstrates confidentiality
