An Insurance Broker based in Hertfordshire has a new role for a Trainee Insurance Adviser to join their expanding team.
Main Duties
* Dealing with general insurance inquiries via the telephone, email and face-to-face
* To learn and adopt internal procedures and CRM to best service client requirements
* Ensure that all transactions / interactions are compliant
* Become fully conversant in all personal lines and Micro SME insurance solutions
* To account manage existing customer renewals under supervision
* Offer added value add-on products where applicable
* Gain a better understanding of clients needs for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
* Be pro-active in canvassing for new business
Key Skills / Requirements
* Fast learner and a passion for customer service
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Good organisational and time management skills
* IT literate
