We’re looking for a Smart Buildings Sales Manager to take ownership of sales activity for a specialist client of ours in premium smart building and lighting control solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving specification-led sales, and positioning high-quality, connected technologies at the forefront of modern architecture and design.
About the Role
You will lead the sales strategy for the company's smart building solutions, developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, system integrators, and key partners.
From identifying target projects to converting leads into successful installations, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our footprint in the smart building market.
You’ll also provide expert advice on technologies such as KNX-based building automation and lighting controls, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in smart building, AV, or lighting control sales, ideally in a field-based or managerial role - working in the UK and ideally abroad
* Strong knowledge of building automation, lighting control systems, or electrical solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus
