This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Swindon for a Branch Manager at Connells. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, mentoring staff and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The individual will also engage with clients, build strong relationships and promote Connells’ services to enhance the branch’s performance and reputation.
* Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire a team to exceed targets
* Proficiency in sales strategies, customer service delivery and client relationship building
* Understanding of property sales, financial services and compliance with industry regulations
* Excellent negotiation, communication մարտ and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and results‑driven mindset with attention to detail
* Experience in the /^ property or sales sector is highly desirable
* Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Swindon
* Full UK driving license preferred
