Location: Remote with travel to our HO in Northampton

Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Employee Relations and Performance Manager, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of HR processes, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

What You'll Be Doing.
6. Provide HR administrative support to the wider HR team
7. Files case notes as required
8. Take meeting notes
9. Support the HR Team as and when required with day to day and project work
10. Maintaining accurate records on systems
What We Are Looking For:
11. Previous experience in a HR Administrative role is essential
12. Strong organisational and time management skills
13. High attention to detail and accuracy
14. Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information
15. Commuting distance to our HO in Northampton is essential
