Product Support Engineer
* Up to £39,140.00 + Benefits.
* Belfast, office based
Please note, this is a 24/7, 365 role, for 40 hours per week. You will be working 12 hour shifts, 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights.

What will you be doing
1. To provide remote help desk support for a range of security systems, including Intruder, Access Control, Body Worn Cameras, CCTV, Intercom, Key Management Network and 2 way audio.
2. To provide timely and accurate remote help desk telephone & remote system responses to site based technical issues and resolve as many system problems as possible without the need to send an engineer to the site
