Overview
Scrub Daddy is a rapidly growing, disruptive consumer products brand, known for innovative cleaning solutions and bold, standout marketing. With a strong and expanding presence across the UK and Europe, we are looking for a creative, driven and socially native individual to take ownership of our content across all channels. We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing enthusiast who lives and breathes social - someone who understands platform nuances, creates best-in-class content, and is confident managing influencer and creator partnerships at scale. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and offers the opportunity to shape and grow Scrub Daddy’s voice across the UK and EU.
Your Role
* Own and execute social media strategies across all key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement, growth and brand love.
* Create, shoot, edit and publish high-performing short and long-form content tailored to each platform.
* Ensure all content aligns with current platform best practices, trends and algorithmic behaviours.
* Take full ownership of content output across Scrub Daddy UK & EU channels, maintaining a bold, creative and disruptive tone of voice.
* Manage and optimise TikTok Shop activity, ensuring content is commercially effective and aligned with platform trends.
* Monitor performance and optimise content based on analytics, insights and learnings.
Influencer, Creator & Brand Partnerships
* Lead influencer and content creator collaborations from end-to-end - including sourcing, briefing, negotiating, and managing both campaign-based and always-on partnerships.
* Develop clear, creative briefs that deliver impactful, on-brand content.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators across relevant verticals.
* Manage collaborations with third-party brands, identifying partnership opportunities that align with Scrub Daddy’s products, audience and tone of voice.
* Own and nurture relationships with partner brands to deliver mutually beneficial campaigns and activations.
* Ensure all influencer and partner content aligns with brand objectives, KPIs and platform best practices.
Paid, SEO & Campaign Support
* Support and execute paid social campaigns, working closely with internal teams or external partners.
* Contribute to SEO-informed content strategies across social and web.
* Support integrated campaign planning and execution across organic, paid and partnership channels.
Content Marketing
* Write and edit engaging copy across multiple formats, including social captions, blog content, email campaigns and website copy.
* Identify content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments and audience insights.
Requirements
* Proven experience creating and editing social-first content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
* Strong working knowledge of TikTok Shop and social commerce.
* Demonstrable understanding of current social media best practices, trends and platform behaviours.
* Extensive experience working with influencers and content creators, including campaign management and long-term partnerships.
* Experience managing brand collaborations and third-party partnerships.
* Experience with paid social, SEO and both short-form and long-form video content.
* Ideally experience within an FMCG or fast-paced consumer brand environment.
* Strong creative instincts with the ability to produce bold, engaging and disruptive content.
* Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Knowledge of the UK and EU social, retail and creator landscape.
* Familiarity with creators in the cleaning, family, food, home and lifestyle spaces.
* Experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, CRM platforms and/or other social media planning and scheduling tools.
* Additional European language(s).
Portfolio Requirement
* A portfolio or demonstrable body of work in the social media space is essential.
* Examples of campaigns you have managed (including influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and paid campaigns) are highly desirable.
