We’ve got amazing teams on the ground and a strong retail presence, but we’re missing the glue. Our marketing efforts need structure, direction, and someone who can turn big-picture ideas into actionable campaigns (with deadlines that people stick to).
You’ll be the bridge between creativity and execution. The one who can zoom out to plan the year and zoom in to make sure the POS actually arrives on time. You’ll work closely with our Head of Retail, guide our content creator and help shape a brand that feels just as good on a poster as it does in a store.
What you’ll actually do:
* Build and own our marketing roadmap — seasonal campaigns, promos, key launches — all with crystal-clear timelines.
* Take charge of all in-store marketing: POS, signage, promotions and making our shops feel consistent, exciting, and on brand.
* Define and refine how our brand looks, feels, and speaks, across every touchpoint.
* Collaborate with our Head of Retail to make sure what we say and what we do in stores actually line up.
* Bring order to chaos, timelines, briefs, reviews and launches that don’t feel like fire drills.
You might be the one if you:
* Have 5+ years of marketing experience, including leading campaigns or teams.
* Know how to market to real people in real stores and how to make a brand show up powerfully at point-of-sale.
* Can balance strategy and hands-on doing.
* Have strong opinions on brand and the experience to back them up.
* Are organised to your core, with a love for timelines, workflows, and making things run smoothly.
* Can confidently work across departments and bring people together.
* Get retail. Like really get it. You’ve either worked in it or marketed it and you know the tempo.
