This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing content creation, campaign execution, and digital optimisation. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Growth to bring both brands to life — from Brighter’s event-led, experiential marketing needs to One Global’s digital-first global travel brand. The role requires strong content creation skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence across digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management. Operational – Key Tasks Campaign Delivery & Execution • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for both Brighter and One Global. • Coordinate campaign timelines, content, and asset delivery across channels including email, social, paid media, and web. • Work with internal teams to ensure each campaign aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives. • Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimisation. Digital Marketing & SEO • Support digital marketing activity across both brands, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and website performance. • Conduct keyword research, update on-page SEO, and support content activity that drives organic traffic. • Assist with paid advertising campaigns through ad copy, visuals, targeting refinements, and reporting. • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to provide insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Content Creation & Social Media • Create engaging social media content across Brighter and One Global channels, tailored to each audience and brand. • Use Canva to produce campaign assets, email visuals, social media graphics, event materials, and presentations. • Develop content calendars and support day-to-day social media management. • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard across digital and print. • Work with internal stakeholders and external designers on larger creative projects as required. Content & Communications • Support content planning and creation for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media. • Write clear, engaging copy aligned to each brand’s tone of voice. • Assist with the development of sales materials, case studies, pitch decks, and event collateral. Cross-Team Collaboration & Support • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong campaign delivery. • Work with the Brighter events team to support content and creative requirements for key events and client programmes. • Collaborate with the One Global partner network to support global content and digital activity. • Manage small projects or workstreams independently with guidance from the Director of Marketing and Growth. Skills and Experience • 3–5 years’ experience in a in-house marketing role ((agency or freelance-only backgrounds not suitable) • Strong Canva skills for producing campaign assets and marketing materials. • Proven content creation experience across social media and digital channels. • Solid understanding of SEO, paid digital channels, and website optimisation. • Experience supporting or delivering paid social and paid search campaigns. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands. • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project management capability. • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands.
