What does a Cover Supervisor do? Cover Supervisors supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly, by delivering pre-prepared work and keeping pupils focused and engaged. This involves managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, providing support and guidance where needed and helping pupils stay on track.
