Operations Manager, Client Services and Property Team

Witney, Oxfordshire, In-person role

Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a confident Operations Manager to lead a team that genuinely cares about people, customers and colleagues alike.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and service operations experience, whether from customer support, housing, hospitality, finance, emergency services, or similar. Most of our customer interaction is over the phone, with occasional in-person contact. If you're confident managing people, solving problems, and keeping standards high, you'll thrive here.

What you'll be doing

* Look after tenants from application through move-in, stay, maintenance and check-out
* Make sure every tenant feels heard, supported and well-informed
* Arrange inspections, maintenance and rent reviews
* Manage day-to-day coordination with contractors and inventory clerks
* Resolve issues that arise, handling them calmly and professionally
* Use our in-house systems to stay on top of tasks and compliance
* Work with directors and the wider team to improve service and processes
* Help create a supportive, accountable team culture

What you'll bring

* A background in any people-focused role, such as customer service, operations, emergency services, hospitality, or finance
* A natural ability to listen, care and support customers through sometimes stressful situations
* Confidence on the phone, with clear, calm communication
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* The ability to take ownership and work well as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* £33,000 to £40,000 base salary
* Uncapped bonus, based on branch profit and customer satisfaction
* 7.5% salary enhancement bonus for consistent exceptional performance
