We are recruiting self-motivated Manufacturing Engineers to join the Engineering Producibility Team. You will influence new designs using NPI tools, ensure manufacturability, and improve existing product designs, translating them into world-class processes that meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

This role involves developing manufacturing processes, methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing:
* Executing Manufacturing Product Introduction activities, including designing manufacturing methods and process steps using PQP tools.
* Applying DFMEA/PFMEA knowledge to influence product definition and final manufacturing processes.
* Creating and validating Production Technical Instructions to meet design intent and customer requirements for SQCD.
* Being the manufacturing technical authority for the product, managing First Offs, new part numbers, resequencing, and tooling introductions.
* Representing Manufacturing Engineering within cross-functional teams for your assigned parts.
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical classified components.
* A degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean techniques.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
