Vacancy: Mobile Cleaner / Cleaning Operative, Staines-upon-Thames
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Mobile Cleaner / Cleaning Operative to join our team covering various sites in Surrey.
Job Details:
* Type: Permanent - Full time
* Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour + company vehicle (must have a full license and be able to drive a manual)
* Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday - Sunday rota, 06:00 to 15:00 (half-hour unpaid lunch)
* Start Date: Immediately after successful vetting (up to 4 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure assigned areas are clean, presentable, and serviceable at all times
* Present oneself professionally, courteously, and in accordance with company policies and values
* Carry out cleaning and waste collection duties within designated premises
* This role may involve physical activity and lifting
About You:
* Good time management skills
* Positive, professional, and 'can-do' attitude
* Friendly and helpful with customers
* Effective time management to complete tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
